“Breakfast seemed like it was never fully out. Something always missing. Room cleanliness was ok, had to wipe down the table and microwave due to fingerprints and sticky cup rings. Requested the room be refreshed but staff came later in the day while we were in the room and had to pass by. Having to valet the car every time was not very convenient. Staff were nice. ”

“Great location and great service! Staff was amazing and the rooms super clean. This is a place I would recommend to anyone traveling to Nashville with or without kids. The location is perfect walking distance to broadway and great locations to eat around the area.”

“This property is amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants/bars on site. Both have live music. It’s walking distance to Broadway, were there was so much live music, food, and a bit of shopping that it will blow your mind. I love Nashville I love this hotel. It ended up being a hub for my family to meet and have breakfast, late night snacks and drinks. ”

“Was pretty dirty no staff not a good area building was knew but really not clean dead bird in front of door and the balcony was wide open when I got there who knows what was coming in and out of room and definitely not walking distance to bars! Only nice thing was we could park right infront! Lots of homeless in area! And building had a funky smell! Chairs on patio were metal bars not comfortable! I would never go there again ”

“The furniture was a little dated. Looks nice in the pictures, but the wear was very noticeable. The room also had a mildew smell. But this was not a deal breaker. This is a first class hotel. If you are not ready to pay for all of the amenities and tips, go somewhere else. You pay for the location. The staff was super friendly. ”
